Cancellation policy

If your booking is cancelled 24 hours prior to your collection time or scheduled time of arrival, then we reserve the right at our discretion to charge you the full fare / or to not issue a refund if you have pre-paid in advance.
If your booking is cancelled within 24-48 hours prior to your collection time or scheduled time of arrival, then we reserve the right at our discretion to charge you 50% of the full fare, of which 50% of the fare will be refunded if you have pre-paid in advance.
If your booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to your collection time or scheduled time of arrival, then you will be refunded the full fare (minus any costs we incur to process your refund) if you have pre-paid in advance.
