** Please note there will be an additional 'Unsocial Hours' charge of £25.00 applied for all trips that are booked for collection or scheduled to arrive between 2300hrs-0500hrs from 1st April 2024. Weekend evening 'Unsocial Hours' charge of £25.00 applied to all trips that are booked for collection or scheduled to arrive between 1800hrs - 0600hrs on Saturday and Sunday evenings/mornings**

*** Waiting time is charged at £7.50 per every 15 minutes after 1 hour has elapsed from actual flight landing time ***

Cancellation policy

If your booking is cancelled 24 hours prior to your collection time or scheduled time of arrival, then we reserve the right at our discretion to charge you the full fare / or to not issue a refund if you have pre-paid in advance.
If your booking is cancelled within 24-48 hours prior to your collection time or scheduled time of arrival, then we reserve the right at our discretion to charge you 50% of the full fare, of which 50% of the fare will be refunded if you have pre-paid in advance.
If your booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to your collection time or scheduled time of arrival, then you will be refunded the full fare (minus any costs we incur to process your refund) if you have pre-paid in advance.
